Steam Boneless Chicken With Napa Cabbage & Carrot

Ingredients
450g of chicken thigh
9 leaves of napa cabbage (Slice)
1/2 carrot (Slice & Dice)
Marinate
1tsp light sauce
1tsp salt (Rub)
11/2 tsp ginger powder (Rub)
1tbsp sesame oil
Method
1. Cut the chicken thigh into slice, clean & pat dry.
2. Marinate & rub the chicken thigh .
3. Place the Napa cabbage on the plate follow by carrot slice and chicken thigh. Decorate the chicken with carrot dice.
4. Steam in high heat for about 5-8 minutes until chicken and napa cabbage done.
6. Ready to serve with hot rice for more delicious.
